The Nomelan Cafeico line of peels is presented as an alternative to peels
containing Phenol (Nomelan Fenol).
– Caffeic acid is a phenol derivative with antioxidant properties. It protects the cell’s
DNA and has chemopreventive action. It also inhibits tyrosinase, an enzyme involved in
the process of melanogenesis. It modulates immunological alterations and is an efffective
antifungal agent.
PROPERTIES
– Hydroalcoholic solutions: pH 1.0 – 2.5
– Easy to use and quick treatment: 15 minutes.
– It is not unusual for patients to experience an itching or burning sensation during the
application of this peel.
– The depth of the peel will depend on the number of coats, the presentation used and
the sealing with retinol.
